Perfect for Memorial Day, this cool, creamy dessert from my mom Patsy's collection will complement your patriotic table. As a bonus, it can be prepared in less than 10 minutes leaving you plenty of time to relax by the pool!
1 (8-ounce) package Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
1 (8-ounce) container Daisy Light Sour Cream
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping, thawed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
8-inch Keebler Graham Ready Crust
Combine the first five ingredients with an electric mixer and pour into the graham cracker crust. Refrigerate at least four hours.
Mix 1 can of blueberry pie filling with 1 container fresh blueberries. Refrigerate and generously spoon atop pie slices just before serving. Also works well with strawberry pie filling and fresh strawberries.
Makes 8 servings.
