High in protein and Omega-3s, tuna salad makes a smart summer lunch choice. But, as with most things, we prefer it with some crunch!
1 (2.6 ounce) flavor-fresh pouch Starkist Chunk Light Tuna in water, drained
½ cup Dole coleslaw mix, washed
1 ½ tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon Miracle Whip Light
½ tablespoon Kraft Light Ranch Dressing
Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve. Divide the mixture between two slices of whole-grain or wheat bread. Top with sliced tomato and second slice of bread.
Makes two sandwiches.
