Laced with four savory spices, this moist, fall-favorite is perfect for celebrating the season. Plan to share with friends because one small can of pumpkin makes three, luscious loaves.
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup canola oil
1 (16-ounce) can pumpkin
3 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon allspice
½ teaspoon ground cloves
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup water
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into three greased and floured loaf pans. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted near center of loaves comes out clean.
