Spice up Cinco de Mayo with this tasty chile-and-cheese pie. I've found that real men love quiche when it's filled with bacon!
Preheat oven to 375o.
Place crust in pie plate sprayed with Pam, crimp edges and pierce bottom with a fork. Top with cheese, chiles and bacon. Combine Egg Beaters, cream, salt and onion and pour into pie.
Bake at 375o for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
