Gold Deep wrinkle Serum- Hi Res 150.jpgCalling all Boomer Babes! We're giving away a fabulous gift from RoC Skincare including 5 anti-aging all-stars designed to tackle everything from a dull complexion to deep wrinkles:

You could win this face-saving, $125-value set ... FREE. Read on for details on how to enter*. Contest ends Dec. 15.

What's so great about RoC? To start, I share a birthday with this popular French skincare brand. It's been focused on helping women achieve healthier, younger-looking skin since 1957. Let's just forget doing the math and say that's more than 50 years so they gotta be doing something right. The pharmacist who founded RoC , Dr. Jean-Charles Lissarrague, created the first hypoallergenic skincare product and the first SPF sunscreen. The company went on to patent the first pure, stabilized form of retinol in over-the-counter beauty aids.

Besides developing award-winning products, the folks at RoC work closely with dermatologists and perform tons of tests to make sure their solutions are both effective and suitable for all skin types, even sensitive souls like me. Even better, my own dermatologist tells me it's good stuff.

Our giveaway includes the following five anti-aging heroes, which are gentle enough to use every day. After testing them for several weeks, I'm excited to report that my face is happy, healthy and holiday ready. And I've had no problems with the dreaded rashes, redness or dryness that can occur if I go near anything too harsh.

Gold Deep wrinkle Serum- Hi Res 150.jpgRetinol Correxion Deep Wrinkle Serum

Clinically shown to reduce even deep wrinkles, this lotion-like powerhouse goes to work on creases with a blend of pure retinol and an essential mineral complex. It also helps improve skin tone and firmness.

Since retinol is known for its skin-smoothing abilities, I couldn't wait to try this yellow-toned serum on my forehead in particular. I swear I've had mega-lines there since I was born. (Thank goodness for bangs.) You can use it morning, night or both (my choice) after cleansing and before moisturizing.

With continued use, it promises a visible reduction in both fine lines and deep wrinkles so I decided not to stop at my forehead. I've been massaging it over my entire face. Although the label says you may notice a mild tingling after applying this one, I haven't had any unpleasant reactions. Instead, it's light, absorbs in no time and gives my skin a nice glow. What a way to start the day. ($22.99 for 1.0-fluid ounce bottle)

RoC_5_in_1_daily_mo#16C25BB 210.jpgMulti Correxion 5 in 1 Daily Moisturizer with Sunscreen

This potent, anti-aging moisturizer fights discoloration, sagging, dryness, dull tone and wrinkles while being gentle enough for everyday use. The multitasking formula uses Hexinol Technology to help skin look, feel and act younger. Plus, it includes SPF 30 broad spectrum protection to aid in preventing sunburn as well as reducing your risk of skin cancer and early aging caused by the sun.

Since retinol can increase sun sensitivity, the SPF in this soothing lotion makes it an ideal follow-up to morning use of the Deep Wrinkle Serum. It gives my dry skin a nice drink, doesn't leave my face feeling icky and soaks right in so I can apply CC cream or foundation immediately afterwards. A bargain at $29, this winner has been shown to provide visible skin improvements in as little as four weeks.

Give it four months for even greater returns. At that point, 100 percent of women in a clinical study reported:

In thRoC_5_in_1_eye_cream 225.jpge same study, 83 percent of women saw improvement in their age spots and 87 percent said under-eye wrinkles were less apparent. Now, that's something to celebrate! ($28.99 for a 1.7-fluid ounce bottle)

Multi Correxion 5 in 1 Eye Cream

Another talented do-it-all formula, RoC Multi Correxion 5 in 1 Eye Cream targets dark circles, puffiness, dryness, dull tone and wrinkles around your eyes. Thanks to Hexinol Technology, it's tough on these pesky signs of aging without being harsh on the delicate skin surrounding your peepers.

I like using this rich moisturizing cream twice a day. In the morning, it disappears quickly, leaves my skin soft and smooth, and helps keep my concealer from sinking into the lines under my eyes. I reapply it before bed so I can wake up looking more rested. I love taking the steam out of anyone who tends to comment on how tired I loRetCorrex_Sensitve_EYE_Tube 225.jpgok!

And with continued use, I expect even more benefits. In a clinical study, women saw noticeable improvements in both dark circles and under-eye puffiness in as little as four weeks. ($28.99 for a 0.5-fluid ounce tube)

Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream

RoC Retinol Correxion Sensitive Eye Cream focuses on reducing crow's feet and under-eye wrinkles.

Although retinol is recognized as one of the most effective anti-aging ingredients, it can cause annoying redness if you have temperamental skin like mine. But this skin-kind find combines a milder form of crease-fighting retinol with super-hydrating hyaluronic acid, which locks in moisture and helps plump wrinkles. It's great for anyone sensitive to retinol as well as retinol beginners.

I've been putting on this wrinkle warrior several times a week before bed with no worries of ugly redness or other problems. But you can use it morning and night if desired as long as you top it with a sunscreen during the day. Either way, you just smooth a few dabs around your eyes sRetCorrex_Sensitve_NIGHT_Tube 225.jpgo a small tube can last a long time.

In clinical tests, 96 percent of those with previous sensitivity to retinol reported no redness or irritation. This workhorse also provided visible improvements in fine lines around the eyes and dark circles. Plus, it's oil free, ophthalmologist tested and noncomedogenic. ($22.99 for a 0.5-fluid ounce tube)

Retinol Correxion Sensitive Night Cream

Like the Sensitive Eye Cream, this skin-friendly pick is a perfect way to ease into a retinol routine without provoking redness. The mild blend of retinol and hyaluronic acid has been shown to provide visible results without the irritation that can occur with some anti-aging products. It takes the night shift because that's when your skin is most receptive to repair and renewal.

Rubbing this silky, wrinkle smoother on my face and neck (talk about a problem spot) before bed gives me a lift because I know it's softening my skin while taking aim at nasty wrinkles. In testing, 95 percent of women said it improved the look of deep wrinkles or fine lines in as little as eight weeks. That's only two months to a younger look. Plus, it gives my skin a healthy glow without taking it into the danger zone. ($22.99 for a 1-fluid ounce tube)

Prepare your own Mexican quick fix with this Chipotle-inspired bowl. Carbs are moderated by filling the bowl with beans, extra veggies and chicken. No need for rice, since the beans count as carbs.

Tips:

If you love tomatoes, increase the quantity to 1/2 cup, but note that the carbohydrates will also increase.

If preparing this recipe for one person, cut all of the ingredients in half. Or simply prepare the full recipe up to the end of step 2 and store leftover chicken and vegetable-bean mixture in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes, or until heated through, and continue with step 3.

Health Bite: The iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, copper and zinc in black beans help to keep bones strong and healthy.
